Optimization with -O2 ?

I often use Haskell to quickly do numerical computations. These take quite long for bigger inputs.

When I run the executable (target > run), it takes quite some time to complete. But when I build it myself with the `-O2` flag, it runs much faster. (It can be in the order of 10x as fast!)

Is there a way to set build options? In particular, optimisation flags?
