Can I put Haskell for Mac projects into Dropbox?

With the latest version of Haskell for Mac, putting projects into Dropbox should be fine. However, Dropbox manipulates file system metadata in the background, which in the past led to unnecessary re-loading of Haskell for Mac projects. If you still encountered any unexpected behaviour, please file a bug report.
